Chef World Tour (CWT) is collaborating with Raffles Hotel to present Chef Jose Luis Hinostraza & Chef Thomas Frebel, both world renowned chefs and also Noma alumni chefs for the first time ever in Singapore, at the Bar & Billiard Room located in raffles hotel.
